Welcome to the 2021 High School Research Internship Program Application!
Applications are open from May 17th - June 4th, 2021
BTI High School Research Experience is open to current high school students over the age of 16 who are available June 28 - August 6 (Monday through Friday) full-time. Selected students will receive an educational stipend of $3,000 for the 6 week program. Housing and meal stipends are not included.
Due to the pandemic, only students who live in the Ithaca region and surrounding counties will be considered for the program and eligible to apply. Student cannot be graduating seniors and must be 16 years or older by June 28th to be eligible to apply.

For your application to be considered applicants must:
-Complete and sign the application form
-Include a 500 word (or less) essay explaining your interest in the research experience and potential career and educational aspirations
-Include a copy of your current (unofficial) transcript
-Share two references (name, phone, and email) who can speak to your interests and background
-Optional: Upload a copy of your resume
